Learn the surprisingly simple technique of the popular, hand-woven, rush seat chair. Rush seat chairs are comfortable, durable, and functional, making them at home in any setting. Bring your own chair–surface finished and in good structural repair–to rush or the instructor can provide you with a chair with advanced notice. All levels welcome.
Note: Some stamina required; students typically stand most of the day and need some hand dexterity and strength. Lifting of the chair multiple times while working will be required.
